Supporting the Next Generation of Equine Research

The future of equine research is in good hands if the competitors at the 2022 United States Pony Club Research Project Fair are any indication. These budding scientists presented projects on genetics, equine narcolepsy, the use of pacemakers in horses, and more at the USPC Convention in Norfolk, Virginia.
The Research Project Fair provides Pony Club members an opportunity to explore their passion for horses and horsemanship through hypothesis-driven projects or in-depth reviews of scientific literature. Projects are evaluated on the depth of the research question, background research, methodology, analysis of results, and presentation. Participants who were unable to travel to the USPC Convention were given the opportunity to present their projects to the panel of judges virtually.
Kentucky Equine Research is proud to join the Grayson Jockey Club Research Foundation to sponsor this event.
