Isabelle Grayston is from Reading, United Kingdom, and is finishing a bachelor’s degree in equine sport science at Nottingham Trent University. She grew up spending most days on a family friend’s small farm and has previously competed in low-level showjumping with her mare, Echo. In the future, her ideal career would be in equine nutrition. She hopes this internship will help her refine her love for it and she can potentially see herself doing a Master’s degree in animal or equine nutrition in the coming years.
