Rule Victorious at San Angelo Rodeo

Heading into the final round of the San Angelo Rodeo, Dona Kay Rule, a barrel racer sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research, needed to run 14.46 seconds or faster to clinch the championship title. She and her gelding, High Valor, accepted that challenge and posted a time of 13.96, the fastest of the entire rodeo.
For her victory in San Angelo, Rule, of Winco, Oklahoma, took home a check for $16,000.
“I’ve done this my whole life. I’ve trained thousands of horses and mostly sold them because I had to for my family,” Rule said in an interview with SanAngeloLive.com after the rodeo. “Somehow I got gifted with Valor at this point in my life.”
Rule, a three-time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo qualifier, gives much of the credit to Valor.
“Valor gives me everything on the pattern,” Dona said. “To ensure I’m doing my best for him, I rely on supplements developed and proven by Kentucky Equine Research, especially Nano-Q10™ and Race Recovery™.”
