“B” Means Blue for Dom Schramm and Bolytair B at Ocala Winter II

After a stellar outing at Pine Top a few weeks ago, Kentucky Equine Research-sponsored eventer Dom Schramm and Bolytair B continued to dazzle at the Ocala Winter II Horse Trials, held March 19-21 at the Florida Horse Park.
Dom used the 2020 off-season to work on dressage, and that decision paid off with the pair sitting in first place in the Advanced Combined Test after dancing in the sandbox. A double-clear round in show-jumping earned the two a decisive early-season victory.
Schramm Equestrian uses diets formulated by the experts at Kentucky Equine Research to provide horses with optimal nutrition. The Schramms count on Bio-Bloom™ PS, EO-3™, Micro-Max™, Nano-E®, Restore® SR, Synovate HA®, Triacton®, and KER-formulated Legends® Feeds.
“For an event horse, Bolytair B is on the bigger side, which means we have to take extra care of his joints,” says Jimmie Schramm of Schramm Equestrian. “Synovate HA® helps us maintain and support Boly’s joint health and will help lengthen his competition career.”
Fellow sponsored rider Buck Davidson also earned multiple ribbons with his string of horses at Ocala Winter II. He finished third in Open Intermediate with Big Pretty, second in Preliminary Horse with Citigirl, and first in Training Horse B with Up On Stage.
Buck relies on KER Sport Horse Nutrition feeds to supply nutrition that ensures his horses perform their best. “KER has always been the authority on feeding high-performance sport horses,” Buck said. “I’ve always relied on KER-formulated feeds.”
A few hundred miles to the north at the Carolina Horse Park, Liz Halliday-Sharp was competing in the Cloud 11-Gavilan North LLC Carolina International CCI and Horse Trial with Fernhill By Night and Cooley Stormwater. “On a cold day in North Carolina, these horses were superstars beyond a doubt! Eight-year-old Cooley Stormwater finished second in the 3* on his dressage score, and Fernhill By Night tried his heart out and ran as fast as he could for second in the CCI4*. Not bad for a boy of 18 years! I am so thrilled with both horses!” Liz said in a Facebook post.
Liz relies on Synovate HA® to support joint health. “My older horses have never gone better. Synovate HA smells great, and the horses seem to really enjoy it. You know if you put Synovate in their feed, they are going to eat it!” she said. Liz also uses Bio-Bloom™ PS, EO-3™, EquiShure®, Nano-Q10™, Restore® SR, and RiteTrac® to give her horses targeted nutritional support for optimal performance.
