Big Weekend for Bolytair B and Dom Schramm

Bolytair B and Dom Schramm are back! After their plans to compete abroad were derailed by COVID-19, Dom and Boly returned stronger than ever at the Pine Top Advanced Horse Trial in Thomson, Georgia.
“Ever since Badminton was canceled last year due to COVID-19, I decided to take the remainder of 2020 to really look after the big fella, not put any unnecessary mileage on him, and really take some time to improve our dressage and get the flying changes solidified,” Dom said in a Facebook post earlier this year. “I think that plan is starting to pay off, as he has never been in better shape!”
The pair took second place in the highly competitive Open Intermediate A division. “Hopefully, that’s the last Intermediate I ever have to do on this guy—jumps need to be a bit bigger for this wild child! It was a thrill to be back out on a course again for the first time since September 2019,” he posted after the event.
Fellow sponsored rider Jimmie Schramm also had a great weekend riding Eclaire in the mare’s first Intermediate. “I don’t know why I ever worry. So thrilled with Eclaire this weekend in her first Intermediate of the year. Double clear stadium-jumping and a clear cross-country with a little bit of planned time. Love riding this horse, even when she is a little bit extra sometimes,” Jimmie said on Facebook. The pair finished eighth out of twenty-three in the Open Intermediate B division.
Dom and Jimmie use diets formulated by the experts at Kentucky Equine Research to provide their horses with optimal nutrition. They count on Bio-Bloom™ PS, Micro-Max™, Nano-E®, Restore® SR, Synovate HA® and KER-formulated Legends® Feeds.
“We’ve seen a better result from Bio-Bloom PS than anything else we’ve ever tried. We go south to Florida for the winter, and a lot of horses will get fungus or hives, but our horses just don’t get it,” said Jimmie. “Their coats grow back in beautifully from winter to summer.”
