Dona Kay Rule and High Valor Qualify for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo

Kentucky Equine Research-sponsored barrel racer Dona Kay Rule finished out her season in the Lone Star Arena in Stephenville, Texas, with an incredible 15.15-second run that earned her first place at the Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo.

Rule and her experienced barrel horse, High Valor, have had a fantastic season despite truck troubles plaguing them along the way. The two have qualified for the third time for the National Finals Rodeo, which this year will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from December 2-11.
