Kentucky Equine Research-sponsored show jumper Hilary Scott recently competed as a member of the successful Australian Jumping Team in the CSIO3* Nations Cup Drammen, in Norway, aboard the 14-year-old mare Oaks Milky Way.

While most teams featured four riders, which allowed for a drop score, Australia’s team consisted of three: Scott, Amy Graham, and Jake Hunter. The Australians set a fiery pace that was difficult to match, as the team was the only one to jump the first-round course clear. With one dropped rail in the second round, the Australian team finished in equal second alongside Belgium and France.

Hilary also piloted Oaks Milky Way to a third-place finish in the CSIO3* Grand Prix 1.55m competition. Out of 43 starters, Hilary was one of six riders to produce two clear rounds.

Hilary and Oaks Milky Way have been together for the mare’s entire life and share a unique partnership. Hilary and her team at Oaks Sport Horses split their time between Australia, the United States, and the Netherlands. Hilary chooses KER Targeted Nutrition products to keep the horses under her care feeling their best no matter what continent they are competing on. Hilary feeds her horses EquiShure®, Nano-E®, Restore® SR, and Bio-Bloom™ PS.
